CARDATHON - Greta

The concept behind the CARDATHON is to feature a different card-maker every single day during the month of November.The guest designer shares an original sketch + card on the theme of Christmas / the Winter Holidays. The idea is to encourage and inspire ScrapRDV's readers to create their own cards while getting to know other accomplished card-makers...

Aujourd'hui, nous retrouvons Greta qui vit dans l'Oregon avec son mari et leur chien Fritz. Greta aime faire du camping lorsqu'elle ne travaille pas en tant qu'infirmière. Elle fait partie de plusieurs DTs et privéligie la carterie depuis qu'elle a découvert cet univers il y a de cela plus de 15 ans.

My name is Greta and I live in the gorgeous Pacific Northwest with my hubby of 36 years and our Standard Schnauzer, Fritz. We love camping and boating.  I've worked as a Registered Nurse for over 40 years and am currently part-time looking forward to retirement in the near future. My cardmaking hobby took over the dining room & spare rooms after my first class over 15 years ago when I was hooked! One of the unexpected joys has been the many friends I've made all over the world. I've been privileged to have cards published in a couple of magazines & to have been a member of the Penny Black Stamp Squad.  Currently I'm a Design Team member for 2 challenge blogs: Penny Black Saturday Challenge & Words 2 Scrap By. I love elegant cards with glimmer & glitz and to try new techniques. I'm thrilled & honored to be participating in ScrapRDV's Cardathon!

I also sprayed the panel with a golden Tattered Angels, but can't capture that in the picture.
